Educational information
This independent website organizes public information and practical planning ideas. It is not legal, tax, medical, insurance, business, or licensing advice and does not guarantee approval or compliance. Official agencies, current law, and assigned licensing representatives control requirements.
Editorial and source-review process
State guides begin with the federal ChildCare.gov state directory and link to current state licensing, regulations, background-check, and inspection resources. Each page shows a link-review date. Summaries are written conservatively, material corrections are checked against the current government source, and visitors can report moved links or unclear statements. A review date means the linked starting points were checked; it is not a guarantee that every rule remained unchanged afterward.
Official forms versus paid templates
A purchased contract, handbook, checklist, or provider form is an editable business template. It does not replace an application packet, state-required form, medical order, background-check form, or other official document. Buyers must confirm required wording and forms for their provider type and location.
Single-program product license
The purchaser may edit and print the templates for one child care program. The original editable files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, posted publicly, or represented as the purchaser’s original product. A second program needs a separate license unless written permission says otherwise.
Digital purchases and refunds
The final price, included files, delivery method, and refund terms are shown on the checkout page before purchase. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not offered after delivery except for duplicate purchases, defective files, or when required by applicable law. Buyers should contact the store if a file does not open or the listing does not match the delivered product.
Privacy summary
This guide does not create user accounts or store worksheet entries in a site database. The launch plan, insurance comparison, monthly record checklist, marketing planner, and equipment planner can use local browser storage so entries remain on the visitor’s own device; visitors can clear the entries with the tool or browser controls. The website host may process standard technical information needed to serve and protect the site. Purchases and store contact messages are handled by Payhip and its payment providers under their own policies. Before direct email collection is activated here, this notice will be updated to explain what is collected, why, and how to unsubscribe.
Outside links and affiliations
Links to government agencies, registries, food programs, tax resources, testing programs, or businesses are provided for convenience. A link does not mean that the outside organization sponsors, approves, or endorses Holly’s Growing Minds Studio. Affiliate links, if added later, will be clearly identified near the link.
Accessibility and corrections
The goal is to make the site usable with keyboards, screen readers, mobile devices, and larger text. Visitors can report an accessibility problem, outdated link, or unclear statement through the correction page or the Holly’s Growing Minds Studio store contact form.
